close walk to the chichen itza ruins. nice to return to the pool for a swim. quiet, simple and pleasant.
Location was great
One night they did not have dinner...other options nearby
We booked two rooms next to each other and it worked out great for the family (2 adults, 3 kids). Each room has a double and a single bed. I think they may also have adjoining rooms. The rooms are very small but they are clean and surround a nice pool and restaurant. The prices at the restaurant are very reasonable (it was off season) and the food is decent. It is an easy walk to Chichen Itza. Overall, its quiet, clean, quaint, and convenient for visiting the ruins.
The rooms are very small so if you need space, or are staying more than one night, it might not be the best choice.
Very nicely designed and decorated ground floor rooms around a central courtyard.Good quality food. Excellent location for visiting the archaeological site early in the morning. 13.00 checkout time enabled us to keep room and relax by the pool after our visit to the site.
Closeness to the ruines.
There were many mosquitos in the room, which is not unsurprising as the staff leaves all unoccupied rooms open during the day. The room was also somewhat muffy.
It's very near to the arqueological park chichen itza - about 10 minutes by feet, very comfortable and the food is very good and cheap.
Very friendly and helpful staff, Birds in the garden, acess to ruins, quiet location - at night with window open especially.
Cool to tepid shower water in evenings, room 115 air conditioner leaked water. Smokers did not stay in smoking section. All else ok to good to excellent.
the location is perfect to see the ruins, the hotel is nice with a romantic restaurant facing the pool.
nothing! really a good place!
Staff was friendly and very helpful! The location was fabulous only a few minute walk from the entrance to Chichen Itza. The rooms were clean and nice.
The bed where a little too firm, but all in all it was great!
While not as close as we read in the publicity, it was only about 15 minutes to the site. Bring a flashlight if attending the Sound and Light Show. Food was tasty, and service friendly.
Having to pay 60 pesos to travel from and to the ADO buses, which stop on the other side of the archaeological site.
We loved that it was less than 10 minutes walk to Chichen Itza and about 10 minutes drive to Piste. The hotel was very comfortable and priced well for its location to the ruins. The meals at the hotel were inexpensive and quite good.
Service can be slow at the restaurant, especially when a tour group shows up. Our safe in the room didn't work, and no one showed up to look at it when we requested it.
